These louver wall panels are used to cover interior or exterior walls, creating a modern, streamlined look while offering practical benefits.
1. Output Capacity: PVC louver wall panel production line is rated by their output in kilograms per hour (kg/h). This depends on the extruder size (screw diameter) and the profile’s complexity.
2. Screw Design: The geometry of the screws is crucial for efficient melting and mixing, especially for complex, hollow profiles like louvers.
3. Die and Calibrator Design: This is the most custom part. The precision of these components directly determines the quality, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish of the final panel.
4. Automation & Control: A central PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) monitors and controls all parameters—temperatures, speeds, vacuum, and cutting lengths—ensuring consistent quality.

Extruder
The dry mix is further heated, compacted, and plasticized into a uniform melt, and is pushed through the die by the force of the screw to form the desired preliminary shape.

Extrusion Die
The molten PVC is forced through the die, which shapes it into the specific, complex cross-sectional profile of the louver wall panel (including the hollow chambers and the angled louver slats).

Vacuum Calibration Table
The hot, soft profile coming out of the mold is immediately cooled and solidified to ensure that the profile is completely cooled to room temperature and its final size and shape are controlled.

Haul-Off
Provides stable, continuous and adjustable traction force to evenly pull the profile forward, ensuring the continuity of production and the stability of profile size.

Cutter
Automatically cuts continuously produced profiles to set lengths and neatly stacks them. Usually a circular saw with synchronized movement.
