Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Production Line

Corrugated pipe extrusion lines are primarily categorized by product structure into single-wall and double-wall lines. The latter is more technically complex and widely used. The core equipment of a corrugated pipe line includes an extruder, a forming machine, cooling, pulling, and cutting devices. However, a double-wall pipe line requires two extruders and a complex co-extrusion die to achieve simultaneous composite molding of the inner and outer layers.
