The double wall plastic corrugated pipe is a pipe with a special structure: its smooth inner wall minimizes fluid flow resistance, while its corrugated outer wall provides excellent ring stiffness and pressure resistance. This combination of rigidity and flexibility makes it an ideal product for replacing traditional concrete and cast iron pipes.
1. High Ring Stiffness: The corrugated pipe wall structure, similar to an I-beam, effectively and evenly distributes external loads (such as soil pressure and vehicle impact), resulting in extremely high compressive and impact resistance and resistance to crushing.
2. Good Flexibility: Despite its high ring stiffness, the corrugated structure allows the pipe to bend easily, making it easy to install in complex terrain or on winding paths without the need for numerous fittings.

Single Screw Extruder
Through electric heating and shear heat generated by screw rotation, the solid PE particles are melted and plasticized into a uniform viscous fluid, which is continuously extruded by the thrust of the screw.

Die Head and Calibration Sleeve
Both outer layer and inner layer are extruded inside die head. Each material flow channel inside die head is placed evenly. Each channel is after heat treatment and mirror polishing to ensure material flow smoothly. Also die head provides compressed air between both layer.

Corrugator / Forming Machine
Corrugator is used to place and move corrugated mould. Vacuum is created to absorb outer layer into corrugated mould to form corrugate shape. By moving corrugated mould, pipe is also pulled out from corrugator.

Spray Cooling Tank
The shaped pipe is fully and evenly cooled to fully solidify. Evenly spraying water can prevent stress deformation caused by uneven cooling.

Cutter
The cutting machine automatically cuts the continuously moving pipe to a fixed length according to the set length.

Stacker
Automatically receive and stack cut pipes, reducing manual labor and avoiding scratches on the pipe surface.
