2. Melt extrusion: The mixture materials  is sent to the MPP pipe extrusion line . The PP pipe equipment polymer and extrude it through heating and external force. There is a screw inside the extruder, which pushes the mixture forward through rotation.
3. Cooling and curing: The extruded polymer pipe is cooled by the cooling device to make it solidify quickly. PP pipe equipment The cooling device usually uses water circulation cooling to quickly cool the high-temperature extruded pipe to ensure its stable shape.
4. Cutting and molding: The solidified polymer pipe enters the cutting machine, and the pipe is cut into the required length by the rapid movement of the cutting knife.
