The HDPE pipe extrusion line processes polyethylene (PE) raw materials through melting, extrusion, shaping, cooling, drawing, cutting, winding (or stacking), and finally produces plastic pipes of various specifications.
1. By replacing the extruder die, sizing sleeve, and adjusting process parameters, the HDPE pipe production line can quickly switch to producing pipes with different outer diameters and wall thicknesses.
2. The HDPE pipe extrusion line is equipped with an advanced PLC computer control system, enabling precise closed-loop control of all key parameters, including temperature, pressure, speed, vacuum level, and cooling water temperature.
3. The new extruder utilizes energy-saving technologies such as high-efficiency variable-frequency motors and electromagnetic heating, significantly reducing energy consumption compared to traditional resistance heating.

Extruder
Through electric heating and shear heat generated by screw rotation, the solid PE particles are melted and plasticized into a uniform viscous fluid, which is continuously extruded by the thrust of the screw.

PLC Control System
Integrated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen human-machine interface for centralized control of all equipment operating parameters.

Extrusion Die Head
The molten material from the extruder is received and formed into a tubular parison with specific inner and outer diameter dimensions.

Vacuum Calibration Tank
Through vacuum adsorption and circulating water cooling, the outer diameter of the high-temperature softened tube just out of the mold is quickly shaped and initially cooled.

Spray Cooling Tank
The shaped pipe is fully and evenly cooled to fully solidify. Evenly spraying water can prevent stress deformation caused by uneven cooling.

Haul-Off
Provides a stable, adjustable pulling force to evenly pull the cooled tube out of the die. The pulling speed must be precisely synchronized with the extrusion speed.

Cutter
The cutting machine automatically cuts the continuously moving pipe to a fixed length according to the set length.

Stacker
Automatically receive and stack cut pipes, reducing manual labor and avoiding scratches on the pipe surface.
