Extruder

The raw materials (usually granular) are heated, plasticized, melted, and stably extruded into profiles of specific shapes.

Extrusion Die Head

Receive the molten material sent by the extruder, form it into a tubular parison, and determine the preliminary inner and outer diameter dimensions of the pipe.

Vacuum Calibration Tank

The hot and soft tube billet coming out of the mold is quickly cooled and shaped to obtain precise size and stable roundness.

Winding Machine

The extruded material is wound onto the die at a spiral angle using a winding device and connected by heat melting or welding to form a hollow wall structure.

Cutter

The cutting machine automatically cuts the continuously moving pipe to a fixed length according to the set length.

Stacker
