Vacuum Calibration Tank
The newly formed pipes enter this tank. Vacuum sizing plates inside the tank cool the pipes and precisely calibrate their outer diameter (OD) to the exact specification.

Haul-Off
A haul-off unit with four independent tracks, grips all four pipes simultaneously and pulls them at a constant, controlled speed from the die, ensuring smooth and stable operation.

Cutter
An automatic traveling cut-off saw that can cut all four pipes to the required length (e.g., 4m or 6m) at the same time. It moves with the pipes during the cut and returns to its start position.

Stacker
After cutting, a robotic arm or automatic stacker collects the pipes and stacks them neatly onto a pallet or rack, ready for packaging and shipment.
