Extruder

Vacuum Calibration Table
The hot, soft profile coming out of the mold is immediately cooled and solidified to ensure that the profile is completely cooled to room temperature and its final size and shape are controlled.

Haul-Off
Provides stable, continuous and adjustable traction force to evenly pull the profile forward, ensuring the continuity of production and the stability of profile size.

Cutter
Automatically cuts continuously produced profiles to set lengths and neatly stacks them. Usually a circular saw with synchronized movement.
