Plastic Coated Extrusion Production Line Introduction

Kairun Company’s plastic coated extrusion production line is primarily used for the plastic coating of metal pipes or solid rods. The outer layer is mainly coated with single or multiple layers of different plastics such as PVC, PE, PP, and ABS, while the inner core can be made of various materials such as ordinary iron pipes, stainless steel pipes, aluminum pipes, and aluminum rods. The produced products are widely used in decoration, insulation, corrosion protection, and automotive industries.

The plastic coated production line consists of a steel pipe stacking conveyor, a traction machine (one at the front and one at the rear), a high-frequency heating device, a right-angle coating die, a single-screw extruder, and a cooling device. Each steel pipe can be connected using joints to achieve continuous coating extrusion production. The produced pipe products have a dense coating, uniform plastic layer thickness, stable dimensions, and a smooth appearance.
