1. Raw Material Fluctuations

Significant variations in raw material MI (Melt Index), inconsistent filler ratios, unstable moisture content, hopper bridging, and irregular material feeding.

Inconsistent batch mixing, improper pre‑drying, and foreign matter contamination also lead to unstable feeding and melt uniformity.

2. Extruder Unit Instability

Fluctuations in screw speed, inverter or motor malfunctions;

Uneven barrel temperature distribution and inconsistent melt output;

Filter clogging and abrupt pressure changes before and after screen replacement.

Worn screw/barrel, poor sealing, and unstable feeding control further aggravate output and pressure fluctuations.
