1. Super Toughness:
Biaxially oriented polyvinyl chloride (PVC-O) pipes have outstanding toughness and are therefore called “unbreakable pipes”.
This is because after molecular orientation processing, a thin layered structure is formed. If cracks are generated due to defects and point loads, the layered structure will hinder the cracks from passing through the material.
When the cracks pass through each layer, the stress concentration is reduced and the crack propagation is effectively suppressed.
2. Higher Impact Strength:
Compared with PVC-U water supply pipes, the impact strength of PVC-O pipes is increased by more than 10 times after biaxial stretching.


3. Higher Design Stress:
Due to the outstanding strength and toughness, the 50-year safety factor of MRS45 and MRS50 PVC-O materials can be expressed as 1.6 or 1.4143, so the design stress of PVC-O pipes can be as high as 28MPa and 32MPa.
4. Thinner Pipe Wall and Lower Cost:
Since PVC-O pipes are made by axially and radially stretching the original PVC-U pipes, the wall thickness of the pipes is thinner. Compared with the wall thickness of PVC-O and PVC-U, the wall thickness of PVC-O water supply pipes can be reduced by 35%-40% compared with PVC-U water supply pipes, which greatly saves materials and reduces costs.

PVC Mixer
Mix PVC resin, stabilizer, lubricant, filler, pigment and other raw materials at high speed according to the formula, so that the materials heat up by friction and achieve initial gelation.

Conical Twin-Screw Extruder
The PVC dry mix is melted and plasticized into a uniform melt through the friction heat generated by electric heating and screw shearing, and is continuously and stably transported to the mold.

Extrusion Die Head
Receive the molten material sent by the extruder, form it into a tubular parison, and determine the preliminary inner and outer diameter dimensions of the pipe.

Vacuum Calibration Tank
The hot and soft tube billet coming out of the mold is quickly cooled and shaped to obtain precise size and stable roundness.

Haul-Off
Provides smooth, constant, and adjustable traction to evenly pull the shaped pipe from the mold, ensuring dimensional stability of the pipe.

Cutter
The cutting machine automatically cuts the continuously moving pipe to a fixed length according to the set length.

Belling Machine
The pipe expanding machine is a device used to expand the ends of PVC-O pipes to achieve pipe connection.

Stacker
Automatically receive and stack cut pipes, reducing manual labor and avoiding scratches on the pipe surface.
