16-200mm PVC Dual Pipe Production Line Introduction:

16-200mm PVC dual pipe production extrusion line consists of conical (parallel) twin screw extruder machine, mold, vacuum tank, cutter, stacker, etc. PVC pipe extrusion line can be applied to agricultural water supply and drainage system, building water supply and drainage system, wire laying system and other industries.

2. The PVC dual pipe extruder control has two control modes: automatic (PLC control) and manual;
3. The crawler traction machine has a variety of designs such as two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, etc., which are suitable for traction of different pipe diameter ranges;
4. Saw blade and planetary cutting machines are optional, suitable for cutting of different pipe diameter ranges;
5. Equipped with special devices, it can produce inner wall spiral pipes, inner wall hollow pipes and core layer foamed pipes;

PVC Dual Pipe Manufacturing Line Components:

Extruder

The extruder evenly divides the plasticized melt into two streams through a distributor and feeds them into two independent flow channels and die heads respectively.

Double-Cavity Die Head

The molten plastic from the extruder is uniformly and stably formed into two annular tubular melts (pipe blanks).

Vacuum Calibration Tank

Through vacuum adsorption, the softened tube billet is made to cling to the inner or outer wall of the sizing sleeve, thereby obtaining accurate outer diameter and roundness.

Haul-Off

The double-track traction machine can adjust the speed and clamping force synchronously or independently to adapt to the slight differences that may exist between the two pipes.

Cutter

When the pipe reaches the predetermined length, it is automatically cut, usually using a planetary cutter, which can achieve high-speed, chip-free cutting and a smooth cut.

Belling Machine

PVC pipe expanding machine is a device used to expand the ends of PVC pipes to achieve pipe connection.
