PVC Skirting Extrusion Line Introduction

PVC skirting extrusion line is a fully integrated, automated manufacturing system designed to produce PVC skirting boards (also called baseboards or coving) from raw PVC compound to finished, packaged product. The PVC skirting production line combines several machines in a sequential process to ensure high efficiency, consistent quality, and minimal manual intervention.

Components of PVC Skirting Production Line:

Extruder

The dry mix is further heated, compacted, and plasticized into a uniform melt, and is pushed through the die by the force of the screw to form the desired preliminary shape.

PLC Control System

Integrated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen human-machine interface for centralized control of all equipment operating parameters.

Vacuum Calibration Table

The hot, soft profile coming out of the mold is immediately cooled and solidified to ensure that the profile is completely cooled to room temperature and its final size and shape are controlled.

Haul-Off

Provides stable, continuous and adjustable traction force to evenly pull the profile forward, ensuring the continuity of production and the stability of profile size.
