Polypropylene Plastic PE Strapping Extruder Machine Line

The polypropylene plastic PE strapping extruder machine line uses PE recycled materials to produce PE strapping tapes of various specifications. It consists of a drying system, an extruder, a screen changer, a mold, an oven, a tractor and a winder.

PE Plastic Packing Strap Machine Advantage:

1. Special twin screw extrusion technology and single screw extrusion technology can be choosing as per customer needs.
2. Process 100% recycled PE/PP/PET bottle flakes or pellets.
3. Even plasticization and stable extrusion with PLC automatic control for the full line.
4. As per different requirements, changing a coating materials for make strap have better and special function. For example, thestrap for packing cotton can be from enhancing the breaking strength and joint strength when welding strap.
5. Melt filter with two pistons with air venting design and back flushing.
6. Number of strap:1,2,4. Width: 5mm-22mm,Thickness: 0.5mm-1.5mm
7. Workers: 2 -3 workers per shift, 12 hours/shift.
8. Our PE strap machine could meet over 4-5.5:1 stretching rate, and 140m/min speed extrusion.
9. Our PE strap extruder could meet 10-14:1 stretching rate, and 200m/min speed extrusion.

Components of PE Strapping Production Line:

Dehumidification Drying Machine

PLC control system, automatic feeding and using molecular sieve structure.it could dry pet well and increase viscosity of pet to ensure good pet strength.

Extruder

Adopted with Siemens computer system. Directly driven frequency motor, 38CrMoAl materials 90mm screw with special design for pet strap extrusion.

Extrusion Die

The extrusion die is designed according germany drawing, high precision extrusion and good plasticizing.It added with famous pet melt pumb and our special design filter.

Cooling Water Tank

Automatically cuts continuously produced profiles to set lengths and neatly stacks them. Usually a circular saw with synchronized movement.

Haul off and Heating System

This system is concluded with two parts which are haul off machine to pull strap move;Streching strap by heating machine.

Automatic Winder

PET will use torque motor and PP will use servo motorIt will rank strap automaticly with max 200m/min speed.
