First, add PVC resin and additives such as stabilizers and lubricants to the high-speed mixer in proportion, heat it to the set temperature through friction. Then cool it down in the cold mixer before adding it to the extruder hopper. In the extruder, the screw rotates to plasticize, compact, melt, mix and homogenize the material, and exhaust and dehydrate it. Then push the melt to the die for extrusion. The profile extruded from the die is shaped and cooled in the shaping device, then towed by the traction device. Finally cut by the cutting device according to the specified length.

Extruder
The dry mix is further heated, compacted, and plasticized into a uniform melt, and is pushed through the die by the force of the screw to form the desired preliminary shape.

PLC Control System
Integrated PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touch screen human-machine interface for centralized control of all equipment operating parameters.

Vacuum Calibration Table
The hot, soft profile coming out of the mold is immediately cooled and solidified to ensure that the profile is completely cooled to room temperature and its final size and shape are controlled.

Haul-Off
Provides stable, continuous and adjustable traction force to evenly pull the profile forward, ensuring the continuity of production and the stability of profile size.

Cutter
Automatically cuts continuously produced profiles to set lengths and neatly stacks them. Usually a circular saw with synchronized movement.

The most common products are door and window profiles, and also include: architectural decoration profiles, furniture profiles, industrial profiles, etc.
