This extruder is equipped with a feeding liner with a special structure, and the inner hole surface has multiple inclined grooves. The number and depth of grooves also affect the output of the extruder. A spiral annular groove cooling system is arranged on the outer shell of the grooves to achieve temperature control in the feeding area and isolate it from the adjacent high-temperature barrel area. This structure greatly improves efficiency. Therefore, in this system, the output of the entire extrusion production line is not determined by the system’s back pressure or the depth of the screw groove in the simple feeding section, but by the coordinated conveying efficiency.
