What is PVC WPC door panel?

PVC WPC door panels are primarily made from polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin and wood flour/plant fiber or stone powder (calcium carbonate) through a high-temperature extrusion process. Components of Door Panel Production Line:

Extruder

The dry mix is further heated, compacted, and plasticized into a uniform melt, and is pushed through the die by the force of the screw to form the desired preliminary shape.

Extrusion Die

The molten material passes through it to form the specific cross-sectional shape and size required for the door panel.

Vacuum Calibration Table

The hot, soft profile coming out of the mold is immediately cooled and solidified to ensure that the profile is completely cooled to room temperature and its final size and shape are controlled.

Haul-Off

Provides stable, continuous and adjustable traction force to evenly pull the profile forward, ensuring the continuity of production and the stability of profile size.
