Plastic PVC pipe extrusion line is composed of conical twin screw plastic PVC pipe making machine extruder, vacuum calibration tank, haul off, motors, cutter and stacker etc. The PVC pipe extruder and haul off methods are two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, ten-claw, twelve claw etc. You may choose saw blade cutting type or planetary cutting type.

Plastic PVC pipe making equipment is aditionaly attached with length counter and intensifying device. This PVC/CPVC/UPVC pipe production line with reliable performance and high production eficiency. Core Technologies of PVC Pipe Production Lines:

1. Formulation is the Foundation: PVC resin itself is unstable, requiring the addition of heat stabilizers (to prevent decomposition), lubricants (internal and external lubrication), processing aids, fillers (such as calcium carbonate), and toughening agents (such as CPE) for extrusion. The formulation directly impacts product quality, cost, and production efficiency.

2. Plasticization Quality is Key: The extruder screw design (such as barrier screws or corrugated screws) and temperature control are crucial for achieving uniform PVC melt. Poor plasticization results in crystallinity and poor strength; excessive plasticization causes PVC to decompose and yellow.

3. Vacuum Sizing Technology: This is the core technology for ensuring pipe outer diameter accuracy and roundness. Vacuum stability and cooling water temperature control directly impact product quality.

4. Synchronous Control: Synchronizing the pulling speed with the extrusion speed is crucial for ensuring uniform pipe wall thickness. PVC pipe production lines are all controlled by PLCs, ensuring extremely high precision.

Components of PVC Pipe Making Line:

PVC Mixer

Mix PVC resin, stabilizer, lubricant, filler, pigment and other raw materials at high speed according to the formula, so that the materials heat up by friction and achieve initial gelation.

Conical Twin-Screw Extruder

The PVC dry mix is melted and plasticized into a uniform melt through the friction heat generated by electric heating and screw shearing, and is continuously and stably transported to the mold.

Extrusion Die Head

Receive the molten material sent by the extruder, form it into a tubular parison, and determine the preliminary inner and outer diameter dimensions of the pipe.

Vacuum Calibration Tank

The hot and soft tube billet coming out of the mold is quickly cooled and shaped to obtain precise size and stable roundness.

Haul-Off

Provides smooth, constant, and adjustable traction to evenly pull the shaped pipe from the mold, ensuring dimensional stability of the pipe.

Cutter

The cutting machine automatically cuts the continuously moving pipe to a fixed length according to the set length.

Belling Machine

PVC pipe expanding machine is a device used to expand the ends of PVC pipes to achieve pipe connection.

Stacker

Automatically receive and stack cut pipes, reducing manual labor and avoiding scratches on the pipe surface.
